We’re looking for someone who is a natural people person, who readily picks up the phone and arranges to get face-to-face with people; who builds rapport easily and who pays close attention to what people are saying; who will bring information and thoughts back to the team so we have a shared sense of what’s going on for our member businesses, whether that be challenges they’re experiencing or successes to be promoted and celebrated.
Coupled with this, it’s essential that you’re well organised and highly competent at the administrative side of things, for example you must be willing and able to use organising systems such as checklists and our CRM (Wild Apricot), to keep a record of meetings with members.
We want someone who will value and enjoy the opportunity to be actively involved in planning and strategizing for how Business Wodonga can best adapt and grow to make sure it remains relevant and effective.
